You provide your device information and rate plan, and we’ll take it from there.

The process of provisioning and activating devices through a carrier is not a simple process. You would first need to gain access to the carrier's internal provisioning systems, and the process requires specific hardware information throughout the many steps.

As a customer of CrossBridge Solutions, you will benefit from our relationships with all of the carriers. We have access to each carrier's provisioning system and will complete the entire activation process for you. Once your contract is signed and rate plans are chosen for each device, we will activate the units through the carrier and provide you with all of the necessary configuration parameters for provisioning the device.

AT&T Activations Activation of devices on AT&T for packet data services requires the purchase of a SIM card, supplied by CrossBridge Solutions, for each device. In addition to inserting the SIMs into your devices, you will need to configure them with a custom Access Point Name (APN) that we send with each SIM order. We provide instructions on how to complete this simple process.

Sprint Activations Activation of devices on Sprint for packet data services results in the generation of a spreadsheet containing a row of activation parameters for each device in the order. Every device must have these parameters loaded into its memory, a process called "provisioning." General instructions on how to accomplish the device-provisioning task are provided by your device manufacturer. They may also make a software tool available to you to help with this task.

Device Provisioning Tool CrossBridge will provide specific provisioning instructions in cases where they may differ slightly from those of the manufacturer. We can optionally provide you with our PC-based Device Provisioning Tool (compatible with many Sprint certified devices) that will allow you to quickly and easily complete the provisioning process. Simply enter the file name of your activation spreadsheet, connect a device to the serial port on the PC, click the "Provision" button and let the software do the rest.
