OUR HISTORY
We have over two decades of experience in the wireless industry.
CrossBridge is one of the oldest and most respected wireless data providers in the nation. What began as a small network built by Motorola to support a single customer IBM, grew into the country's first nationwide wireless data network.
In April of 1990, IBM and Motorola formed the ARDIS Network to support the 18,000 IBM engineers nationwide as well as a variety of other wireless two-way communications systems.
This network flourished for over 16-years and we earned extremely valuable information on what it takes to own and operate a wireless data network.
In September of 2004, a decision was made to de-commission the original ARDIS network. We launched a comprehensive set of wireless offerings that not only maximized the use of network technologies, but also provided easy ways to help move wireless network requirements into the future.
In October of 2004, we became the first Master Value Added Resellers for Sprint.
In December of 2006, we became a Master Value Added Reseller for Cingular (now at&t) and was appointed to the M2M Top 100 list of leaders whom have had a significant influence on the progress of the wireless industry.
In September of 2010, we became incorporated in the State of Illinois.
